Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Blank Guns Online (https://blankgunsonlinebuy.co.za/), we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we do offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• The customer must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping using their own courier service.
• We do not accept returns for used items.

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are also allowed within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for arranging their own courier and covering all shipping costs.
• We can only dispatch the exchange item once the original product has been received and inspected.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed if the item is returned within 7 days, unused and undamaged.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Courier fees are non-refundable, and customers must use their own courier for returns.

Important Notes

• Please ensure the item is well packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
• Items returned that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or incur a restocking fee.
• We do not arrange pickups or provide prepaid shipping labels.
